From Munich Airport to the Clinic
Franz-Josef-Strauß Airport is located about 30 km outside the city of Munich.

To get from the airport to the clinic, follow the signs in the main terminal toward the S-Bahn (alternative: cab ride, journey time approx. 45 minutes). Take the S8 line toward Munich and travel for about 30 minutes to the Ostbahnhof stop. Change to the U5 subway line toward Laimer Platz and travel one stop to Max-Weber-Platz. From here, follow the signs for "MRI" to Ismaninger Straße.

From the central station to the Clinic
Follow the signs to the U4 and U5 subway lines. Take the escalator to the platform "U4 Arabellapark / U5 Neuperlach" and take the U4 or U5 four stops to Max-Weber-Platz. From here, follow the signs for "MRI" to Ismaninger Straße.

Arriving by car
If you are arriving by car, please remember that you should expect a journey time of approximately one hour from the city's outskirts to the city center during rush hour. Please note: Only a few parking spaces are available on the clinic grounds!

Within the Clinic
You can reach the Institute of Clinical Chemistry and Pathobiochemistry via the main entrance of the hospital in Ismaninger Straße. Go straight ahead and follow the red route to the emergency room. Then continue left along the red route to staircase S. You will reach the institute on the first floor.

The entrance of TranslaTUM is located in Einsteinstraße.
